What is the minimum deposit at Kenvestium?

The minimum deposit is $200 (or equivalent in USD/USD). Above that, there are no minimum amounts for subsequent deposits — you can add any amount at any time.

What fees does Kenvestium charge?

A flat annual platform fee of 0.75%. No opening fees, no inactivity fees, no withdrawal fees, no performance fees.

Is Kenvestium regulated?

Kenvestium routes orders through regulated brokerage partners in (regulated) and EU (regulated). We hold annual SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.

How fast are withdrawals processed?

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours through the original deposit channel — instant domestic transfer where available, regional bank transfer, wire transfer for international. Amounts above $20,000 may take up to 48 hours.

What markets are traded?

Primarily S&P 500, FTSE 100, DAX 40, CAC 40, Russell 2000, Dow Jones Industrial Average, Nasdaq Composite indices and constituents, major forex pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY), top-5 crypto assets, global indices, and precious metals. Full list at /markets.php.

How do the algorithms work?

Three concurrent reinforcement-learning models decide which orders are executed based on market conditions. A meta-selector chooses the dominant model at any time. Details at /research.php.

Are my deposits insured?

Your deposits are held at regulated prime brokers in segregated accounts. Each prime broker is subject to national investor compensation schemes (applicable investor compensation, equivalent in EU member states). In the unlikely event of Kenvestium insolvency, your funds are legally separated from Kenvestium corporate capital.

How is KYC verification performed?

You upload an identity document (a national passport, driver's license, or national ID for cross-border subscribers) and an address proof from the last 90 days. Our KYC team reviews the application — typically within one business day.

What taxes apply to my gains?

For subscribers, gains may be subject to capital gains tax (in your jurisdiction) above the annual exemption. For subscribers, capital gains tax rates vary by jurisdiction (e.g. 30% in Sweden via your local tax authority). We provide annual tax statements compatible with your local tax authority and equivalent global tax authorities.

Can I pause my account?

Yes. You can pause or close the subscription at any time. There is no lockup period and no exit fees. On pause, all open positions are closed.

Do I have a personal advisor?

Yes. Every account is assigned a named advisor at opening. They have a name, a direct line, and remain responsible for your account throughout its lifetime.

What happens during a market shock?

Our models have hard drawdown limits that trigger temporary model deactivation if breached. At extreme volatility spikes, risk exposure is automatically reduced. In extreme cases, all positions are closed.

How secure is my account data?

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Two-factor authentication is mandatory. Details at /security.php.

What payment methods are accepted?

instant domestic transfer (free where available), regional bank transfer (1 business day), wire transfer (free, same day for domestic), and card (Visa/Mastercard, instant). Crypto deposits available for BTC, ETH, USDT with additional KYC.

What happens to my data?

We process your data exclusively for service provision in compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR-equivalent). We do not sell your data to third parties. Full information at /privacy.php.

What is the historical performance?

We publish quarterly performance reports for each model on our editorial section. Please note: historical performance is not indicative of future results.

Does Kenvestium provide investment advice?

No. We are a technology service provider, not an investment advisor. The platform executes orders based on algorithmic decisions but does not provide personalized recommendations.

What is the minimum term?

There is no minimum term. You can close the subscription at any time and withdraw your capital within 24 hours.

Are demo accounts offered?

No. We believe demo accounts are misleading — they do not reflect the real emotional experience of losses. Instead, we recommend starting with the minimum deposit of $200.
