No tiers. No VIP gates. No upsell schemes. A subscriber who deposits $200 receives the same platform, same advisor, and same support as a subscriber with $2m — at the same percentage.
Beyond the flat 0.75% annual fee, you pay Kenvestium nothing:
The flat fee is calculated daily on a pro-rata basis and deducted from the account balance. It is itemized transparently as a separate line item in the monthly memo. It covers: algorithmic execution (three models), monthly attribution reporting, the named advisor, operations support, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, infrastructure (segregated accounts at regulated brokers), and ongoing platform development.
An account averaging $10,000 over the year pays $75 in platform fees. An account averaging $100,000 pays $750. The fee is proportional and predictable — you can calculate it to the penny for any balance.
Compared to the industry. A typical robo-advisor charges 0.95–1.50% annually, often with additional underlying fund fees of 0.30–0.60%. We deliberately decline performance fees because they create incentives to take on higher risk.
We believe a financial product's pricing should mirror its values. If our value is disciplined wealth execution, then the fee should be equally simple, transparent, and non-negotiable. Tiered models and performance fees create misaligned incentives. A flat fee does not.
