Account setup

How do I open an account?

Click "Open account" and complete the single-page form with first name, last name, email, and phone number. Within minutes, you receive a verification link by email. Then upload an identity document and an address proof. KYC verification typically completes within one business day.

What identity documents are accepted?

a national passport, driver's license, or national ID. For cross-border subscribers: national passport, ID card, or driver's license. The document must be valid for at least three more months. For address proof we accept utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence from the last 90 days.

What happens after KYC approval?

You receive an email confirmation and the contact information of your assigned advisor. The advisor reaches out the same or next business day to introduce themselves and answer any questions.

Deposits and withdrawals

What deposit methods are available?

instant domestic transfer for subscriber accounts (free, instant), regional bank transfer for EU accounts (free, 1 business day), wire transfer (free for domestic, $15 international), and card (Visa/Mastercard, instant). For verified accounts, crypto deposits via BTC/ETH/USDT (~30 min).

How long does a withdrawal take?

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. instant domestic transfer arrives near-instantly to subscriber accounts; regional bank transfer takes 1 business day; international wire 2–3 days. Amounts above $20,000 are manually verified and may take up to 48 hours.

Are there withdrawal limits?

No. You can withdraw your entire balance at any time. For AML reasons, withdrawals are routed back to the original deposit channel — withdrawal to a different account requires additional verification.

Security

How do I enable 2FA?

In your account settings, go to "Security" and select either TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) or WebAuthn (YubiKey, Touch ID). We recommend WebAuthn. We do not offer SMS-based 2FA for security reasons.

What do I do if I notice suspicious activity?

Write immediately to [email protected]. We can freeze your account within minutes and investigate the activity. We then jointly establish a new password and possibly a new 2FA method.

How do I recognize phishing attempts?

We never send links to login pages by email. We never ask for your password or 2FA codes by email or phone. When in doubt, open kenvestium.org directly in your browser and check your messages there.
